I got the dreaded letter Friday...was not accepted for the job :( Time to move on the the next thing.

The irises in our yard bloomed yesterday. Even though they grow like weeds and are common to see, I still love them.

Still no word on the job interview I had in May. I wish I could just get an answer..I don't think I did as well as a could/should have..but you never know.

I have had the cold of death, as I like to call it, for a couple days now. I went home from work after 2 hours this morning and slept most of the day. Thank goodness for cough syrup with codeine!
