I love this sauce at Buffalo Wild Wings and made it at home this evening.
1 Cup of Frank's Red Hot cayenne pepper sauce
1/3 Cup vegetable oil
1 teaspoon granulated sugar
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon course ground black pepper
1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
1/2 teaspoon
Worcestershire sauce
1 egg yolk
2 teaspoons water
2 teaspoons cornstarch
1 teaspoon finely minced garlic, if desired
In a medium saucepan, heat Frank's, egg yolk, vegetable oil on low heat, whisk to combine. Then add sugar, black pepper, cayenne pepper, garlic powder and
Worcestershire sauce. Heat through. In a small bowl, mix cornstarch and water, then add to sauce until desired consistency is reached. Minced garlic may be added at this time if desired. Toss on cooked chicken wings or use as a condiment.
